At Texas Plains Federal, the security of your online information is important to us. You can rest assured that nobody outside of Texas Plains Federal has access to your account information. Signing on to view your account information from the Texas Plains Federal Home Page is safe. The moment you click the "Login" button, your account number and password are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, keeping your account information secure.

Sign Up:
In order to use our Online Account Access, you will need a password. To get your new password, Contact Us and we will get you all set up. Once your new password is issued, you can change it on your first visit to the secure Online Account Access site. It's that easy!

Forgot Your Password?
Don't you just hate it when that happens! Unfortunately, neither the credit union nor our web system administrator can 'look up' or otherwise inquire on your password. It's not technically possible. What you can do is call the credit union and we can issue a temporary password that you can change the next time you log on.
